I know this sounds strange but this is definitely the case with me. It took me awhile to realize the pattern but now that I noticed it it always rings true. I take the same bootcamp class every Mon,Wed,Thur,Sat and low and behold every time during this week the jumping jacks and jump rope produce a dribble! Its not life changing and I can mostly avoid it but doing low impact alternatives but I am surprised because I am so young! 32 with 2 kids 4 and 2 years old. Anyone else ever experience this? I do a ton of kegals btw!
