Kumon Bethesda - terrible communication!

I have enrolled DD in Kumon Bethesda, but cannot figure out when she is supposed to start. I have called both of their numbers and emailed the Director, but with no response. What gives? Is this typical? Because if so, I'm really rethinking our decision to enroll. Anyone with advice on how to actually get a hold of them? Thanks.
