On a whim, DH bought some green pepper jelly. I have never seen this ingredient before (nor had he, which is why he bought it) and I have no idea what to do with it. I tried googling but didn't come up with much - on cornbread or baked Brie, but neither of those is a staple in our diet. If you're familiar with this ingredient, please tell me how you use it! I did open and taste it - was surprisingly good and definitely mustve had some jalapeƱos in it bc it was pretty hot.
Bonus if you can give me some ideas for using our leftover mint jelly as well (not necessarily with the pepper jelly, but in general what goes well with it besides lamb?)
