It is not working because you are using the "youtu.be" domain name instead of "youtube.com". Youtube keeps changing their links. They have "long" and "short" links and whatever style of link you pasted is called. If you go to your link, you will see in the address bar that it says this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UIKGV2cTgqA&feature=youtu.be

All you need to do is remove the part after the ampersand, so you get this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UIKGV2cTgqA

Then, it will still fail because it is https instead of http, so change that and get this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UIKGV2cTgqA

Put that between the Youtube tags and it will work:
