| Can anybody recommend a good fee-based financial service adviser? My husband and I don't make much money ($170K HHI), so we don't have a ton of money to invest at this point. We are saving as much as we can toward a down payment on a house, and we can really use some sound financial planning advice. I don't want pressure to invest with an adviser that charges many hidden fees. |
| Does either of you qualify for USAA? |
OP here - Nope! |
| NP here- Why- does USAA offer free advice? we have a substantial account with fidelity and they offer free advice but it's by newbies and it's not managed.. |
| A paltry $170,000. Only in Washington! |
OP here -- I know, it comes off as arrogant. We want to buy a single family home in a top school district in Montgomery County, which is not easy to do on our income. We have day care expenses which will make it even more difficult. |
Not OP but we bank with USAA, what financial advising services do they provide? |
