Instead of driving to that WF I'd just walk. Quick cab ride to Georgetown, but quieter than actual Georgetown. Upscale. Just a few more years.

The location may be quieter than Wisconsin and M, but the building is on a corner that is a lot busier than many parts of Georgetown. The buses trying to get uphill on Wisconsin Ave. are pretty loud, and a whole floor of the units is below grade. |

| I toured these when the building was built. Really beautiful, but I wouldn't want to be on the first floor like this one. Too many people can look right in the windows. |
