I signed up for an exercise class that is Wed/Friday mornings at 6:15. I have to get up around 5:15 am to get there because I walk the dog and do a few chores beforehand. If I have cold/sore throat/coughing, but not too sick, would you go to class tomorrow? I am afraid that if I get up early, that maybe I will get more sick. I guess one option is to get to bed early tonight to get plenty of sleep, and if I feel ok, then to go ahead and go.
It has been hard lately because last week my daughter was sick, so I couldn't go. The week before, I was working around the clock on a deadline at work. I feel so much better when I can make it to my class.
