Help! I smell like sour yogurt

Anonymous
For the past few days I've been getting a whiff of a scent that smells very lightly of sour yogurt. It's not constant, it comes and goes (maybe once or twice a day). At first I thought it was DD b/c she was always nearby, but I'm at work right now and just smelled it, so it must be me! It was there for a few moments and now it's gone again. I'm very hygienic - shower every morning, wear deodorant, etc. I went to the bathroom to smell my clothes, but they don't smell at all. What's wrong with me?

If it's coming from the nether regions it might be a yeast infection.

Sounds gross, but when was the last time you washed your bra? Most women don't do it enough. They can get really rank.

+1.

Also, cut back on sugar, meat and dairy, and eat mainly fruits and veggies and your smell will change.

You can always count on DCUM for practical, realistic solutions to your problems, hey?

Does it itch? If its from your lady part area, maybe your PH is unbalanced. If that is the case, stop using soap down there and start using feminine wash. It makes a world of difference.

There is also a product on the market called rePhresh that works very well at restoring your PH balance.

Good luck.

You don't need to use anything down there except water.
