I am friends with the son of the Edwards family. They don't sell to local retail stores like you're looking for. They have their own two retail stores in Williamsburg and in Surry. Sorry! You can also get them at the Smithfield Shoppe on Prince George Street in Williamsburg, but other than that, you won't find them anywhere. Pay the online shipping!

I found the surryano to be excessively hickory-smoked. The flavor was not as delicate as it should have been.

OP here--found the little petite hams at Balduccis in Alexandria for $15.99/LB which is about what they cost online without shipping! They also carry several types of their bacon!
