Anybody have any? Looking for some new breakfast ideas for Passover.
Thanks! |
| Was going to say muffins till I read Passover. Quinoa mixed with pumpkin and a little cinnamon and sugar? |
| Not sure if beans are ok during passover, but I love huevos rancheros made with quinoa instead of a tortilla. |

Try Gluten free style cooking/baking. No yeast are used.
They have quinoa flakes-kinda like oatmeal style. You can use this to bake. We do bake it often. With no yeast. Muffin/biscuit like. Quinoa flakes or I just grind up the quinoa, flaxseed meal, rice flour, sugar, salt, oil, water if I don't have milk. Can you use eggs? I even skip the eggs if there are none. Can you use cheese? I add them to the mix and we get a cute cheese biscuit ball. I can't even tell you the measurement because I make the recipes up. You have to get the right consistency of the dough. |

(ignore the pancakes) http://damndelicious.net/2013/09/13/blueberry-breakfast-quinoa/ I got hooked on this last Passover. Typically I just make a bit batch of quinoa on a sunday, then in the morning I heat some up, add some cinnamon, maple syrup, fruit and nuts - just whatever is around and seems appealing. I top off with almond milk. Pretty delicious. |
| OP here - thanks everyone! |
