| Not Jewish here, so I have no idea what dietary restrictions there are, but something with lemon and cucumber would be springy and refreshing. |

| You could muddle some limes with mint, add a bit of simple syrup and top with club soda in a pitcher. Float some lime slices and mint leaves for decoration. |
