Fitbit one help

I know this isn't a fitbit forum, but there are at least a few users on here who use fitbits.
Recently, I bought a fitbit one. Before that I had an ultra. When I try and charge my one, the connection seems very loose. I feel like I have to hold the fitbit in place in order for it to charge. Do I have a defective product? Has anyone else had this issue?

I emailed tech support, but I wanted to post here too.

I had two ones, and this never was an issue. Are you sure that it's not charging? It should snap firmly into the dongle. Customer support is great for fitbit.

OP again. I fiddled around with it more after posting and finally got it to stick properly. oops! The docking station for the ultra was so much easier!
