I can't wait to make this mango bbq chicken--the recipe is for a salad but the chicken is great all on its own! http://iowagirleats.com/2012/05/08/chipotle-mango-bbq-chicken-salad-aka-the-end-of-boring-chicken-2/

My dad always used to make the most yummy grilled flank steak. The marinade is zest and juice from 2 oranges, grated ginger root, soy sauce or teriyaki sauce (whichever you have on hand will work). Marinate for a few hours or over night is better. We would eat it with bulgar wheat and grilled veggie skewers.

We generally slow smoke ribs for 4th of july which you can do many ways... but we always make this cocktail with them. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/bobby-flay/frozen-watermelon-margaritas-recipe.html It is SO GOOD.

We make Chicken under a brick a lot - split a chicken (or ask your butcher) just salt, pepper, garlic powder, olive oil both sides, then grill under a brick wrapped in foil.

We have a big green egg. We make spatchcock chicken, cedar plank salmon, steaks, pizza, ribs, pulled pork. Love this time of year. Nice enough to be outside, no bugs, fire pit.

For the vegetarians out there, here's a great grilled eggplant recipe: http://www.marthastewart.com/1014276/grilled-eggplant-tomatoes-basil-and-feta
I added balsamic vinegar to the cheese and tomato mixture - it was delicious!
