Agree..this is about 1 individual who is recently no longer affiliated with VRSC but is still coaching one girls team

How can you no longer be affiliated yet still be coaching? By coaching you are 100% affiliated.

They mean he no longer has his administrative position, therefore no voice in any major decision making. I’m sure if they had a Coach available for this team he wouldn’t have it either.

Incredibly sad since he build this club, now he has no control or say in any of it. How the mighty fall!!

True he had the money that made a lot of the facility purchase and staff funding but someone had to know the bins and nuts of the soccer culture and structure.

If what they say is true, a person like this shouldn’t be coaching even one team. Allowing him to continue is a poor management decision and then letting him run another organization (as an executive) you invested in is even worse. Shows really poor reflection of ownership. They just don’t want to buy him out of his own ownership and the behavior will continue. It will just be some other persons wife that this predator goes after.

100% this. It was well hidden. I think all the details are just now coming out and it is a matter of time. It was well kept within the girls team moms and a couple of coaches buddies. The entire mess is unraveling now.

Yet, he's still showing up like nothing is going on and totally right, he shouldn't be coaching at all.

The teams he coached were never competitive so why keep him as a coach or employee? What seems more disturbing is the Loudoun United role is actually a promotion. Remember, he is an owner.
