Don't get me wrong, it's adorable, but seems priced pretty darn high. Of course they bought it for over 1.3 mil and I'm not sure how much of the reno they did. What do you think of it? |
| High? That's actually very, very cheap for new construction in the area? I'm wondering what's wrong with it. |
| umm the records indicate a teardown and this is a new home |
| Meanwhile, why do high end houses get built with wall to wall bedroom carpet! Drives me insane. It looks so cheap. |
|
I don't see room for a kitchen table and can't figure out where the TV would go in the family room. Cute house but wouldn't work for me.
People do pay more to live next to country clubs if they are members. If you don't belong to the club, it would probably be a bad choice- (they mow the grass very early every morning- I've experienced this first hand and it's a pain). |
Wrong link! Sorry . Here's the right one!

Yes this house is terrible |
| I do think that people pay more for the golf course view. It's more private. I do agre that the house is very overpriced. |
| You will injure your head on the top floor. I bet it's an oven in the summer time and a deep freeze in the winter. Sad. |
Terrible? Overpriced, maybe. But it's a cute house. |
| I bet it sells within spitting distance of $1.5m |
There is definitely room for a table, it's just a weird shot of the whole room, but if you look at the picture of just the island, there is a big gap between that island and the couch. Also you could do some things to make that family room tighter. I LOVE this type of floor plan and am a huge fan of the kitchen/living room area. Country club doesn't appeal to me. But it's at least a half mil above my price range anyway....do love that kitchen though. |
| Terrible sad representation of America |

The paver driveway looks cheap. I don't care how much money they wasted on it. When the driveway is nicer than the house....no thanks.... |
I never thought about this. Thanks (sorry not for your case?) for the info. I do play golf and thought about having a nice golf course view is a plus. Never imagined about the consequences of mowning... I also suffer from seasonal allegy (hence, dust from glass mowning is a bad for me). |
