| So IB school is Whittier and my mortgage is currently $500/month after tenant pays his share. Can't beat that but it's Whittier (bought house way before kids) though if we are stuck it is doable for a year. We are wait listed everywhere we want but if we don't get in and are able to move where would you suggest? I'm looking at going to a condo preferably because of cost and safety but would consider a cute house in a nice area. I can probably sell this house for $450,000 so that would be our house budget, maybe $500,000 but a 2br condo for under $300,000 would be preferable, like ones near grubb rd (rock creek condos?). Any other thoughts? I want to stay in MCPS in a diverse area. Anyone see any listings? Maybe I should have posted this in real estate? |
