Hi! Where can I buy reasonably priced soccer shoes for an 8 yr old in Bethesda/Rockville?
TIA! |
| Dicks, Target |
| We paid ~$30 at Shoe Train in Potomac. I think they did a great job fitting my son. |

PJ Sports
Dicks City Sports Walmart Payless Target Foot Locker Sports Authority *Zappos (online) |
| I second Zappos |
| Dicks has cleats for 19.99. |
REI Sports Zone Modells Nike Store That's all I can think of for now. Will report back if I think of anywhere else. |
| Dick's ! |
+1 |
| PJs is great! big selection and reasonable. |

Soccer shoes run funny. They are cut small, then your kid has to wear soccer socks and shin guards which push their feet up into the shoes and the socks are very thick.
Get them fit and bring the socks and shin guards with you. |
| Sports authority had a good selection. |
| Speaking from recent experience -- City Sports on Fenton Street in downtown Silver Spring had good prices and reasonably good salespeople for my wide-footed 8-year-old daughter. I will go back there. |
| Modells up in Germantown. if you don't like their selection, there is a target and a walmart right there. |
| I don't remember the name, but there's a good place next to Home Depot, between the Five Guys and Plaza Azteca. Soccer gear for children is pretty much all they do. |
