I was looking at the WAGS brackets and I see that Loudoun and Bethesda are in the top division. Congrats to them but I find it odd that the tournament put them in the same group in the top division. Should have had the two local teams on opposite sides. Maybe the team managers can shoot an email to ask for that. I think that's a reasonable request. Anyway...good luck.

Tough to make everyone happy I guess. In other news, major upset yesterday as Pipeline took a loss to FC Delco. I didn’t see that coming.

This is your top team. Future not looking good for FCV. And don't think you are going to steal our players either. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before our 2008 team is superior to yours, not to mention BP is scared to play our 07s.

Seems Arlington parents are pretty confident going into next year. That's great but do any of you really think you are on the same level as Loudoun?

I firmly stick by my feelings about FCV. The only thing that could change that is if the play-ups come back on age and we all know that is not going to happen.

VDA is the only big question as to what kind of player pool they were able to get, I honestly don't know but they usually have strong teams moving into 11v11.

As for Maryland, Pipeline took the top Baltimore Union Players and the best Celtic players went to Baltimore Armour. So yes, Celtic Union GA is going to struggle. Baltimore Armour will be the top GA team in the DMV.

Metro will be middle of the pack, again, pending the current '09 play-ups. If those players do not play on age, Metro could very well be below FCV. Great Falls did not have a great season and I do not know how many are making the change to Metro or moving to other Clubs.

Rankings need revision, Metro beat FCV and shouldve been alot worse.

I’ll revise my opinion rankings after Columbus Day. I do agree with you though. Metro is certainly exceeding my expectations this far. FCV has big problems it seems. There are also some ECNL teams that need to change.

That's a terrible loss. FC Delco 09 is not a good team.
