Who gets mass deported?

This is how mass deportation will work.

Let me explain this as clearly as possible on how mass deportations will work. Because so many of the posts I’m seeing are hinting this won’t affect people i care about because we are not criminals. If you listen to republican politicians including Trump himself the very act of being an undocumented immigrant makes you a criminal. Doesn’t matter if you’ve been here for 5 minutes or 40 years. Immigrant enclaves will be ground zero for mass deportation.

The collection and processing of undocumented migrants will go as follows. Every interaction police have with undocumented immigrants will result in processing, from traffic infractions to criminal investigation. Some might not have a problem with that start but it’s just a start. It’s going to be all interactions with government agencies resulting in identification and processing. Trump is proposing using the Alien and Sedition act to be able to circumnavigate local law and ignore sanctuary city policies. This means full cooperation with the government on deportation, if you are a victim of a crime and you are an undocumented immigrant it no longer matters. You will be deported.

Now the most craven way folks will be deported is through seeking medical care. This will be a disaster for so many older undocumented immigrants. Everyone and without exception will seek medical care in their lifetime and with Trump also promising to cut off Medicaid payments hospitals will have little choice but to refuse care and report those seeking treatment.

I’m sure I’ll be accused of being alarmist because I’m taking seriously what Trump is saying. Well all the Sunday shows today had republican politicians promising mass deportation not just for scary criminals. They repeatedly said all undocumented immigrants. We are in for a scary couple of months.

Trump's senior policy guy says that there will also be a turbocharged "denaturalization" to strip immigrants who have already received citizenship and deport them as well. Any immigrant at all who voted for Trump is now a FA/FO candidate.

Kind of silly. About 15% of people born in America are Black. Over 90% of Latino children were born in the US. Non-whites from all over the world are now legal Americans.

I think you meant “not realistic”. Any illegal immigrant caught committing a crime is sentenced to jail and then deported.

On the whole, you are correct.

An underappreciated challenge of deportation though is that countries won’t accept their deportees back. It’s doubtful Trump and Miller will hold back, but it does mean all the deportees will have to be housed in concentration camps. Not death camps, but concentration camps. Those tents in the desert Trump was talking about last time.

I was listening to an interview on This American Life and they described how it would likely go. Obviously you start with the men bc women and children are more complicated with housing and school. They can raid places like meat packing plants and get large numbers (yes inflation will go up). They will start with countries like Guatemala, Haiti and Honduras bc they accept an unlimited number back (some countries limit a plane full a month, etc). They need to detain them for about 2 weeks before they process them, this could get ugly for ICE officers in charge bc they will be angry (unlike when immigrants enter country they are relieved and peaceful).

The violence is the point. You see a bunch of dirty brown men acting angry and violent, you just say they’re gangs and cartels and beat them and eliminate them. It shows you mean business and makes Americans feel safer. So long as you don’t cross Trump you’ll be fine.

Then you do the Long Knives death squads to decapitate Democrat leadership. Stick with the ones everyone hates and can see as the other: AOC, Pelosi, Hunter Biden, Elizabeth Warren, Maddow, that Maria Kumar woman, etc. Say that they’re aiding and abetting these immigrants against the government and conspiring with foreign nations to undermine Trump. When you run SWAT raids you break some glass and a few get shot up. Others look like a total mess as they’re dragged into the camps. Make a show of these people getting their assets forfeited and distribute them in a Musk-like lottery to all these Americans whose lives are improved for just with a $25k asset.

People will say: “It’s not that hard to avoid being AOC or Pelosi or Hunter or Warren. Don’t insult the President. Don’t put foreign stuff on your laptop. Don’t interfere with ICE and Border Patrol ops against illegals.”

If you just do your job and hang with your family and focus on your kids’ travel sports you got nothing to worry about.
