| JetBlue and we live in Nova. We are having a disagreement about what time we should leave the house..... |
| I would arrive at 6 am unless I had complicated luggage children etc |
|
6 should be fine. Or 5:45, if you're worried. National Airport has super-fast security, so even if there's a line, it's not a problem.
DH would insist on 5, but then we wouldn't actually be ready to leave on time, so we'd still get there around 6. |
| It's going to board starting around 6:30 -- I'd get there around 6:10-6:15. Even if security is slow -- 45 min should be more than enough. Take it w a grain of salt -- I prefer to run to the plane rather than be sitting at the gate. |
| I would say arriving at 6 is fine (assuming no checked luggage), but I will say every once in a while there is a backup in security. I had a 6:15 am flight the other day and security took 20-25 mins to get through. |
We married the same man. |
Op here. One preschooler, one umbrella stroller and probably two bags to check. |
Np 5:45 |
| I'd arrive at 530 and let the kiddo run around during the extra time you might have. |
+1 kid will be grumpy so you will need extra time for everything. |
| I'd get there at 6am. |
| 5:30. |
|
DCA is a smaller airport....been a while sice I flew out of it. 7 AM flight, arriving at 6....to close.
I would arrive at the terminal at 5:30 - 5:45 |
| Do you have to park? If yes, build in time. |
|
I'd shoot for 530 so that when we are running a few minutes behind schedule getting there at 545 won't stress me out.
