It's nice. But will soon be a traffic and pollution nightmare with the new hotlanes going in.

Not sure if the pollution will be a factor. The residents tend to think so and supposedly conducted studies. I will say that those hotlanes were supposed to run up into Crystal City and Arlington said no to it because of congestion and pollution issues. So VDOT only had property at Edsall that would work as the dumping point for all those vehicles. |

| Is that City of Alexandria? If so, watch the school you are zoned for closely. |

| I think that they are actually Fairfax County. It really is/was a nice community and a fantastic location (commute in any direction) but the ramp thig is unfortunate. |
