new tile, new tub, new shower, new double sink. not luxury, but not economy either.
$50,000
I just did it and agree with PP
$50k seems like a lot. We've been getting quotes for about $10k for labor costs (and both tile floors have to be taken out).
We DIYed ours and it cost around $2,500. That includes stripping to studs and subfloor (tile floor and walls) and replacing everything (vanity, shower, tub, toilet, etc.). |
$30k
We did this last year. If you're keeping the same basic layout and it's not an enormous bathroom you can EASILY do it for $15-20K. That is with materials/fixtures that are mid-range -- definitely not builder grade, but not custom imported hand honed Italian marble.
