I'm 37 and doing NCIVF, my insurance dictates that I have day 2-3 FSH and AMH each treatment cycle and in January my FSH was 8 and AMH was 3.5. We took a month off and this go around my FSH is 9 and my AMH dropped to 1.7
Does ovarian function drop that quickly at my age? |
| FSH varies by month but AMH shouldn't be that different! Maybe it's the lab? |
That's what "they" say, but I don't think it is actually true. I would not worry about the decline. Your ovarian reserve has not changed in just a month. |

I think the test may be inaccurate:

| Interesting article, gives me hope that my only AMH test may be inaccurate but probably wishful thinking….it was 0.9 |

I'm starting to wonder who the DF employee is who posts that link on every post mentioning AMH.
It was probably a combination of some decline and a lab error. Since neither value places you in DOR territory, I wouldn't worry too too much. |
| Still gives me hope that my AMH hasn't really dropped as much as my recent test indicates. |
| Has anyone experienced a rise in AMH within a year? |
