I made these last week and am in heaven! I've caught my DH (who is NOT peanut butter fan) sneaking into the container these cookies are in. They are soft with a perfect PB to chocolate ratio.

| Virginia peanut soup. It can be homey or elegant depending on garnishes and how you serve it. We do it for the first home game of the year in thermoses with lots of garnishes in brown paper bags (crumbled bacon, chopped peanuts, red pepper flakes, french-fried onions, etc.). I also serve it on NYD as a bisque in demitasse cups. |

| I love Trader Joe's Thai peanut dressing. They sell a package of chopped, crunchy veggies. I mix in the peanut dressing and add some roasted peanuts, raisins or cranberries. |
