I'm on a peanut craze. Can you share some of your favorite recipes that feature peanut as a primary flavor? Main meal, dessert, anything. I need all the peanuts!

I'm sorry I don't have a recipe for it, but I love that peanut curry at Thai restaurants - I think it's called panang curry?? And, of course, peanut brittle!

I made these last week and am in heaven! I've caught my DH (who is NOT peanut butter fan) sneaking into the container these cookies are in. They are soft with a perfect PB to chocolate ratio.

I like taking salted peanuts, making salted peanut butter and then mixing it into chocolate ice cream.

Virginia peanut soup. It can be homey or elegant depending on garnishes and how you serve it. We do it for the first home game of the year in thermoses with lots of garnishes in brown paper bags (crumbled bacon, chopped peanuts, red pepper flakes, french-fried onions, etc.). I also serve it on NYD as a bisque in demitasse cups.

I love Trader Joe's Thai peanut dressing. They sell a package of chopped, crunchy veggies. I mix in the peanut dressing and add some roasted peanuts, raisins or cranberries.

There is a West Afican dish called groundnut stew, with groundnut being the local word for peanut. It is delicious, but I have never made it myself. I am sure that you could google a recipe.
