Tabard Inn if you can score a couch in front of the fireplace. But it's popular. Getting a spot can be a matter of luck.

We are in the neighborhood & love the bar at Nora. It only has about 6 seats but is really just used by people waiting for their tables, so a bit later you'll likely have it to yourself.
