| I'm in the midst of appealing our proposed tax assessment in DC (last minute, I know). I've practically drawn a blank trying to write the appeal letter. Any helps, tips, samples, etc would be appreciated. The deadline is April 1 so I don't have much time. TIA |

| Prince of Petworth has a good article on this. You need to outline your case--comparables, appraisal, etc--tell them why you think your property has been over valued |
