Hi, haven't heard from Blair (CAP). Some parents (and kids, friends of older child) have said they got in off waiting list but I don't know timings. As the letter said they would revisit the whole pool, you'd think there would be a point where the list would move a bit (i.e. when they get rejections from kids headed to private, other magnets, etc., I would imagine a lot of kids get into multiple things)

Don't expect too much. Last year only 5 kids in Blair's waiting pool got in.

I heard every year they sent out around 130 acceptance letters for 100 spots, though I can't back up this number.

Our child received an acceptance letter from CAP on March 26. Child was in wait pool. We were stunned.
