Ideas for Anniversary in Ocean City, MD

DH and I planned a 4-night trip to Ocean City this May with our preschooler. What was supposed to be a low key long weekend for the three of us has turned into a whole family affair, parents and siblings included. Very long story, but my parents will be coming along and have turned the trip into a celebration of their 40th anniversary. I was envisioning something a bit nicer for their anniversary gift (which actually occurs a month after this trip), but they really want to spend it with us and our DD, so I guess this works as long as they're happy with it.

Since they'll be celebrating their anniversary, I'd like to plan a special outing one day for just the two of them and was wondering if anyone had any ideas. No boats, please, as dad gets horribly seasick and just generally avoids boats. Otherwise, they're both pretty active and adventurous, so looking for something fun and relaxing which hopefully includes a really nice lunch or dinner too. Thanks!
