Yes, I have quite a few relatives with naturally blond hair and brown eyes. However, I come from a mixed race ancestry. Genetics are interesting. Also, in some Latin American countries you will see some people with blond hair and brown eyes.

I do. Several. It's not as common as blonde-blue but it isn't uncommon.
