I would start smaller, with 1/4 or 1/2 pound of beans. The original recipe makes ALOT. It's easy and good. |

| Black beans are awesome because you can throw them in a lot of things. I love them either in quesadillas or in scrambled eggs (with some salsa and in a breakfast burrito yum) |
