Shady grove anyone??? Question on no eggs

Paying out of pocket. Shared program--- not the guarantee. Paying for each cycle. Am I right that no matter what though, you get refund if you don't get at least 4 mature eggs from donor or can pick another donor. My donor was split with two of us but got nothing on retrieval. Actually I think they said 2 bad eggs. So they canceled both our cycles morning of retrieval since no viable eggs. Am I right that we get refund if we don't get any eggs? I don't think it's fair to pay if we got nothing at all. I know there is risk they won't fertilize or you won't get positive, but my understanding was all their donor cycles are guaranteed 4 eggs... Is that right? It stinks to have cycle canceled on weekend when no one is available to help answer my questions.

You are correct. If your cycle does not yield you at least 4 mature eggs, it does not count as a cycle.
