| Can someone recommend chicken nuggets that taste good from the frozen section? Thanks! |
| My kids really don't like any of them I'm afraid.. |
| Mickey Nuggets from Costco. |
| Bell & Evans Chicken Tenders from Whole Foods. |
| Bell and Evans. They're not precooked, so they take a half hour in the oven. |
| Just check pinterest for a do it yourself recipe. Not to hard to do and tastes loads better. |
| I can't bring myself to buy them. Instead I buy chicken tenders because as real (whole) breast meat, somehow they seem better for you. Not like pink slime in breading a la McDonald's. I'm probably kidding myself, I realize. |
Bell & Evans is real breast meat. They're good, but they're expensive. |
| Trader joes breaded chicken tenders bag. Can't beat that. Hands down the best. |
This is the only kind I can make myself serve. I think they are $6.99 for about 12. |
|
Do they need to be frozen ones? My kids like the Perdue refrigerated chicken nuggets.
|
| Whole foods has bell and Evans buy one get one free pretty often. |
|
My first suggestion is Bell and Evans they are really good, and as a PP mentioned they do take a half hour to cook in the oven.
Also Trader Joes are not bad, but definitely not as good as Bell and Evans. |
| I think the nuggets are pretty gross in general, but I do get a bag of Trader Joes chicken tenders every once in awhile and they are pretty good. |
| Perdue Simply Smart chicken chunks are good if you can find them -- Harris Teeter has them usually, but not always. |
