Reasonably priced, pink/white blackout shades

I am doing my little one's "big girl room" and am looking for some blackout shaded, pref pink/white polka dot. I found a cute pair at Pottery Barn kids but, YIKES, $109/panel (36" across) and I need 2. I CAN afford it but was hoping NOT to spend this much. Does anyone have any good resources for places to buy cute blackout shades? Or is this a going price?

Unfortunately I think that is the easiest way to go. I did the same decor for my little girl and ended up buying fabric and paying a friend to make them. I felt better about that route than giving PB that much money for something so simple. I did have a hard time finding that look with the exception of EBAY. Check them out. I think there is someone in CA on EBAY who makes them for reasonable.
