Walmart is not cheap!
Yesterday I decided to check out the new walmart on Georgi Avenue. It was expensive and there was a poor selection of everything, not just groceries. I won't be going back! |

| Their prices are probably higher in DC b/c of high rent. Out in the burbs their prices are pretty cheap. |

Walmart in the suburbs is definitely cheaper than any of the other grocery stores, except perhaps Wegman's.

| I frequent the one on Georgia ave as well and noticed the same thing. Now I'm back at the mice infested Safeway up the street. |

| Interesting you found the prices higher. Their store brand is cheap, but that doesn't go for everything in the store. |
