Mount Pleasant Daycare Advice

Hi:

I'm expecting and searching for recommended daycares in Mt Pleasant or the nearby vicinity. Any advice is appreciated on what you recommend or advise against based on experience or word of mouth.

I know several people who send their kids to David's Stars, a Spanish-language daycare in Adams-Morgan on Ontario, right by Columbia. They seem to like it, especially for infants. The advice I received was to go there in person, speak Spanish with Leticia, the owner, and then keep checking in regularly. They do have a weight list, but you can definitely move to the top by regularly checking in. There is also Jubilee Jumpstart nearby, which is supposed to be good, along with Rosemount. I would get on as many waitlists now as you can. Good luck!
