He was then on Rob Lowe’s podcast in September and mimics his wife’s accent. Talks about her after the 9:00 mark and does the accent around 10:00.

Stopppp no way. That is so great.

What's funny about that interview is how precisely he details each year of his life in the 70s 80s 90s to Justin in comparison to the vague details the much younger Hillary ever provides.

You're being cruel.

Or the black hair dye and spray tan.

No, I was saying that a scenario like that could explain why she felt emboldened or justified to do such weird things like faking an accent, pretending not to know the word cucumber, etc. Because that is pretty weird, bold behavior for national tv, when SO many people know she is Hilary from Massachusetts. And no, I'm not her publicist lol or trying to suggest there's any evidence for it. Pure speculation. Just a thought I had.

I wish this kind of investigative rigor was applied to Ivanka. Or Melania. Or Kim Guilfoyle. These women are the ultimate phonies ....

Can’t help but wonder if Hilaria being attacked is retribution by some bit farm for AB mocking Trump

Nope sorry Trump has nothing to do with this. So many different countries are reporting this.

Reporting and making this a raison d'etre are two different things: This entire thread is exhibit A of the latter.

This interview makes me like Alec more. He is truly one of a kind. He's so honest and truly doesn't give a ****. Great storyteller, insanely charming.

It’s pretty well-documented that her parents have been in Boston up until their retirement when they move to Spain in 2011/2012. I don’t know about Spanish schools but I’m guessing it’s not easy to slide in and out of schools. How could it be, which is why Americans abroad often send their kids to the American School of whatever place they are. In the video, she also said “American” high school when she was talking about the Hilary/Hilaria thing so she leaves the door open to make you wonder was there another non-American high school because most people would just say high school.

Her nuclear family (mom, dad, brother, brother’s Spanish wife, nephew) are the only people living in Spain, but Hilaria said in one of her early videos that about 40 family members came from Spain so it was a “really great party”. Now she is saying family and friends and Ireland said she felt so lucky to meet her “chosen family” at the wedding.

It’s like she leads you don’t the road to believing what she wants you to believe without actually saying it and blames you for getting it wrong because she never said that. That mommy podcast interview is exactly the same way.

There is one scenario I can think of that could explain some things. What if she is actually the product of an affair by one of her not-Spanish Massachsetts parents with a Spanish person? And she traveled back and forth a lot while growing up to see that biological parent? It's probably a farfetched idea, but if something like that happened, it would be an alternate explanation for why she felt so bold and free and justified to embrace a Spanish identity (including going so far as to put on a fake accent and pretend not to know the word for cucumber). Could also explain the vagueness and secrecy around when exactly she was in Spain, and why her husband is defending her. And if she was pressured by family to keep a huge secret like that, well, that could mess up your head. It's probably unlikely, but could be possible.

OMG. You should be her publicist. Wait, are you? That would be an amazing twist/comeback, if she could get people to buy it.

Do we know if her father is really her biological dad?

The blind item says that Cucumber's always saying the word "authentic", can anyone find proof of that?

I hope they pay you OT at CAA or at least give you comp time for working through a holiday week.

Is that the pic from the Daily Mail? That pic is not from the wedding. It’s been lifted straight from her dad’s FB page and it’s from a gala her parents attended in 2014z

+1. I've seen no proof they were there and their omission from the NYT wedding column is very odd. They have ideal NYT wedding announcement status credentials.

Exactly very odd! I remember after I read the announcement doing some investigating online and fairly quickly finding out she used to be Hilary and who her parents were, I guess no one really cared back then or had more interesting stories to follow.

Her parents (at least her mother) were at the wedding:

Alec Baldwin wed yoga instructor Hilaria Thomas today at downtown Manhattan's St. Patrick's Old Cathedral.

"Hilaria Thomas and Alec Baldwin were married this evening at St. Patrick's Old Cathedral in New York City, sharing the occasion with family and friends inside the Cathedral, and Alec warmly receiving congratulations from well-wishing fans on his way into the service," Matthew Hiltzik, (@hiltzikstrat) a friend of the couple, said in a statement released this evening.

Thomas wore a silk magnolia trumpet Amsale gown with cap sleeves and a keyhole back neckline accented with crystal buttons, and her mother and Baldwin's daughter from his marriage to Kim Basinger, Ireland Baldwin, also wore Amsale.

Hilaria's mother wore a navy jersey sheath gown with a cowl neckline and Ireland Baldwin wore a slate silk chiffon gown with a strapless neckline and a lightly pleated bodice.“

Matt Hiltzik is a publicist. Calling him a friend is being pretty disingenuous and I would take this statement with a huge grain of salt.

Hillary lied for a decade as far as we know. If she didn’t broadcast her entire attention seeking fake life on social media maybe no one would have cared. She chose to pose as a Spanish woman, for a long, long time. It finally imploded, as it should have. When you live a lie and then broadcast that lie to the world, you will be called out on it sooner or later. Sorry if that offends her. I am sure she is a fine gal, but who knows the real Hillary? Certainly not Alec or any of her social media followers. Who is she really?

Did you guys discuss Hilaria’s comment about Zara clothes? That she knew about Zara brand before “she was in this country”.

Who is she really? Who cares? Did you buy into some Hilaria Baldwin stock and now you’re out money? Did you invest in her business and now, realizing she’s not Spanish, it’s gone to sh$t? This woman has a fake persona. Lame, sucky, pathetic even. But worthy of 300 pages of this thread? Worthy of global ridicule? No, no way. What a sad bunch of witch hunters you are.
