MLM seems scammy and cheap to me. Tacky.
Any sahm with experience? |
| Like which companies, OP? |
| If you have an income, you are not a SAHP. |
| You might want to check out the many threads on here on Stella and Dot(which seems to garner the most vitriol), Pampered Chef, Silpada, etc. |
| Trashy. |
| Ugh, please do not invite me to any of these "parties" |
|
Agree, and anyone who thinks the $500 in "income" from their "friends" they make from one of these parties does not still make them a SAHP (and let's be real, SAHM) has been sniffing some Stella and Dot jewelry glue.
Also, you never see men trying to do this. You never see them trying to have a Under Armor athletic gear party where all their friends buy through them. They realize what a joke that kind of party is. |
Men used to sell Amway. |
| Yeah but men who sell Amway or some other stupid scheme like that at least have the decency not to invite 20 other men over to their house and call it a party when they try to do it. |
SO not the same. A friend did a S&J party recently and invited me. I didn't go for the reasons PP's mention. Now I'm getting all this spam crap from being on her initial list. So embarrassing for her and annoying for her friends. |

OP here. Mlm seems to destroy personal relationships and reeks of cult.
Shakes, skin care, vitamins- oh my! |
