How long past the sell-by date is refrigerated ground beef still good? I have some that was packed 3/1, sell-by date 3/3. It's from Whole Foods. It's been in the fridge for a week -- I orgot about it. Thanks.

Not sure, but the fish guy at WF tells me the fish is good for 3 days.
