Help me filter YouTube on the ipad, please

My 7 year old loves YouTube. I don't mind him being on it. He mainly watches things like people playing Mario, or lego video games. Sometimes he will click on the ones that have horrible graphics (there once was a girl kneeling down on her knees in front of a man, when the screen moved from the actual game to a picture, then back to the game). Sometimes the people playing will say something inappropriate (suck my tits). Wtf! I don't mind him watching it but it needs to be filtered and I don't know how. He uses an ipad. Also, what content will be filtered? Language? Curse words? Sexual graphics? Sexual pictures? Violence? Thanks! Also, yes I monitor and limit ipad and YouTube so I don't need flaming on that, thanks again.
