What I don't understand is why this family just doesn't get it. Can't they understand that the country is SICK OF THEM? We don't do political family dynasties well in this country, thank goodness.

Jeb has always been regarded as the more talented of the brothers, and the one who was expected to become president. David Broder, for whom I have great respect, wrote that in helping hand the presidency to GWB, Jeb might have cost the nation the chance for a Jeb presidency. Probably so. (Not that I would welcome a Jeb presidency. Quite the opposite, in fact.) But the Bush to watch out for is that young, handsome, Latino nephew of GWB: George Prescott Bush.
