For a bedroom. Everything I've tested (and I've sampled a TON) seems too pale or too dark. Need a medium gray with blue or brown undertones. TIA! BM or SW preferred. |
What have you already sampled? |
I like BM Stonington Gray.
I also like Revere pewter, but i think Stonington Gray is better for a bedroom. |
Revere Pewter is very versatile. BM. Has warm undertones, without being too yellow. |
Certainly not Vincent! |
SW Earl Grey
Also--I find it goes well with SW Breezy as well as SW Mediterranean, both are blues |
Benjamin Moore Stonington Gray or Antique Pewter for something more dramatic but not too dark |
Friends just used BM Stonington Gray in their new condo. Looks great! |
I have Revere Pewter in a bathroom and it has a brownish-green undertone.
BM Stonington Gray would be pretty in a bedroom. SW Collonade Gray is similar but with a brown undertone. SW Tinsmith is bluer. Check out this link and scroll down - she separates out grays by their undertone: http://mariakillam.com/downloads/marias-bonus-book-of-colours.pdf |

Lol. Good one. ![]() |
Behr Light French Gray is lovely.
|
BM Winter Lake
BM Nantucket Fog |
Or a bit lighter in tone: BM Beacon Grey |
Probably darker than you want to go, but if you have a well-lit bedroom I would go for Down Pipe. |
