Dumb frozen now thawed chicken breast question

Hi all,
I bought those frozen Purdue chicken breasts and stuck them in the freezer. Took 2 breasts out yesterday but something came up and we ended up getting late night delivery. Was going to use them today but friends came over last minute and brought dinner. Are they still ok to use tomorrow? At that point, they'll have been defrosted for almost 3 days. Grew up with a very food paranoid mom, so I never know. Or should I just cook them tonight and reheat them tomorrow?

Season them now (are they already seasoned) and use them tomorrow. Should be fine.

If they have been in the fridge the whole time then I would use them. Not if they left out for a while. If you can cook them today that will be better.
