| I am 9 month pp and I leak a little urine when I cough or sneeze. Its nothing huge, no wet pants or anything, but definitely uncomfortable for me and a bad thing. Is this bc I am pp? Anyone else have experience with this? Any ideas? |
it's common. try kegel exercises. |

2 kids, most recent one is 8 mo
have been leaking since number 1 sad fact of life unfortunately - panty liners help |
|
It is indeed a sad fact of post partum lady bits.
This is why so many elderly women wear depends. Do your kegels, hope for the best, wear your panty liners. |
| Normal. Kegels. |
| Don't worry!!!! Yes, totally normal, still incredibly frustrating! However, at 2 years PP with #2 I have finally stopped leaking. Good luck! |
| If it's bothersome, consult a urogynecologist ... there are remedies available !!! |
| Panty liners and KEGELS ALL THE TIME. Google Kegels to learn how. I do them at every red light... while on the phone... while brushing my teeth... You will thank yourself in a few decades, believe me (I've worked with elderly women and geriatric-care nurses... it's GOOD to get in the habit now). |
| it's also key to cross your legs when sneezing. |
Yep, it's something most don't talk about (not counting DCUM ). Trust me, you're not alone.
Kegels do help - or so I noticed personally speaking. |

What a timely post. Last night I peed my pants about 20 times, no joke, because I had a significant allergy-sneezing event.
thank you to the PPs who work with the elderly and reminded us to get started with kegels yesterday. |
