How are your sidewalks?

My impression after the last snow storm is that a lot of sidewalks still weren't clear, especially along the main roads, when the schools reopened. These were sidewalks that high school students use to walk to school.

People in our neighborhood are pretty good about it. I do notice (because I generally don't use the car much and push a stroller around!) that sometimes people forget that they live on a corner lot and they only shovel the section of sidewalk in front of their house. It can be days after a snowfall and I am having to go into the street to get around to a clear stretch of sidewalk. But it's a small thing and the snow always melts.
