Restaurants in Laurel?

Anonymous
Can anyone recommend any nice restaurants in Laurel for a family lunch/brunch on Sunday? Will be there for an athletic competition, and am totally unfamiliar with the area.

THanks!

Pasta plus is really really delicious. It's in a hole in the wall kind of shopping center, but the food is great. Some of the pastas are made in house and they have great pizzas and calzones too. It does great crowded but I think you'd be okay for lunch

The dining room at Pasta Plus doesn't open until 4.
The market/cafe side is open, however.

PP here. If Indian is OK, Curry Leaf is very good. The chef is from the famous Udupi Palace. It is BYOB.

If you are willing to head to Columbia (15m north) Stanford Grill is awesome!

+1. Also check out Facci and Klobys(Italian and BBQ). Very different vibes, neither in laurel proper, but I don't think you will find much there. They are off 29 and Hopkins road
