| We cut broccoli stalks thinly, dredge in egg and panko, sprinkle with salt or other seasonings, and roast at 425 until done. My kids love them and we don't waste the stalks anymore. |

We got a pizza from Pete's last weekend that had eggplant shaved to potato-chip thickness. It got kind of crispy on the pizza. Made me think you could probably do eggplant chips.
The strips also looked like bacon. I wonder what you could do to make them taste like bacon. |
