Has anyone made this? It looks so good in the commercials. Per the recipe on the we site, all you do is mix some H's mayo with parm cheese and spread on top of chicken breasts, sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake. What I don't get is how the breasts stay moist when only the tops are coated with the mixture - don't the sides/bottom dry out - I typically find breasts dry out so quickly. Reviews of this dish from those who've made it before?
I did it and just dredged both sides in the mixture, we liked it! Way easier than pan frying anything.
It's really good! Not so healthy, but really good for oven baked chicken.
Sounds disgusting
It's quite good, but not if you're a super critical foodie.
anyone find a way to duplicate the recipe without Mayo? Mayo makes me nauseous.

I have made this but with Greek Yogurt instead of mayo:
1 C. Greek Yogurt (plain) 1/2 C. Parm cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper Mix together, spread on top of chicken breasts, bake at 375 for 45 minutes. You can add breadcrumbs and then throw it under the broiler to crisp it up. Each breast is 205 calories, 4g carbs, 6g fat, 36g protein, 458mg sodium, 3g sugar . |
Just roll the chicken in melted butter, dip in parm and seasonings, bake.

Hmm...mayo...
