Any thoughts on how crowded Kings Dominion or Busch Gardens will be over spring break ?

Agree, I don't think either will be that crowded because the weather may not be great. If the weather is awesome, they will be more crowded.

Weather will determine it but it will never be as crowded as summer weekends. I would choose mid-week if I had to choose.
