ISO Personal Injury Attorney in NOVA for friend (low income)

Didn't see a "friends" forum.....

My friend was injured in an accident that was another person's fault. It's a very clear-cut situation. Her current attorney is ineffective at getting her medical bills paid by the person at fault. We checked into Legal Aid near her home but that organization doesn't support personal injury cases.

Any suggestions? The idea that she will be burdened by hospital debt because of irresponsible people really burns me up. I don't know any personal injury attorneys. Her current attorney advertises on TV a lot so we would like to avoid a similar situation. She lives in NOVA.
