Is there drugstore equivalent to Kerastase?

I LOVE the Kerastase my hairdresser uses, but cannot afford it. I remember hearing once that there was a L'Oreal shampoo that came pretty close to it (I guess Kerastase is made by L'Oreal), but have no idea which one.
Anyone ever heard of whether any of the drugstore L'Oreal shampoos (or others) are good substitutes for the gold-plated Kerastase? |

| If the ingredients are listed, see what the first 2 or 3 ones are. Go shopping at CVS or Target and see if you can find a cheaper equivalent with the same stuff. |

Last time, I found an online vendor who sent it with no shipping charges, so I ordered two bottles, which should last me a long time. |

| I hope you find something! If you do please post!! The conditioner I love is 60 bucks...I just can't do that. I did it once bc I had no clue it was that much! I almost fainted when the cashier told me!! |

i have to use it in order to brush my hair (the conditioner). I am now in FL on vacation with super frizzy, nappy hair bc I ran out - well last night I went to the drugstore (CVS) and of course they did not have it but bought a bottle that looked just like it - Nutragima masque - it worked amazing!
Try that one. I think it was $5. |

OP here: I think the PP may have found the drugstore equivalent--Neutrogena Triple Moisture. I tried the Cream Lather Shampoo and Daily Deep Conditioner today and my hair looks better than it has in months, shiny, soft, manageable. Their is also a masque, which I have tried, but PP liked. The only thing missing is the great smell of Kerastase, but for 5.99 vs. 35 for the shampoo, I can live without it.
From what I can tell the first three ingredients are the same as the regular Kerastase shampoo. Didn't check the conditioner. |
